Meet the Emcee

Anna Douglas

Anna Douglas hails from the film, television, and theatre world where she has worked alongside some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. But Cate Blanchett’s got nothing on the furbabies and fluffballs she’s privileged to introduce to you at Woofstock! Both a cat and dog lover (she knows, a rare breed!) Anna has produced and hosted events, personally and professionally, for 7 years, most recently running and MCing the Celebrity Stage at last year’s beloved food festival, Toronto’s Taste of the Danforth. She’s so pleased to be a part of this year’s event and hopes every attendee, both canines and their humans, has a terrific Woofstock!

Steve Hammerstone aka Josh Holliday

This will be Steve’s 2nd time judging at Woofstock. He’s the co-host of Beaver Bend’s number one morning radio show The Steve and Tawny Breakfast.  He’s had three wives, each of whom he maintains a relationship with…to varying degrees of success. He lives with his little beagle Boise, while trying to find the next future ex Mrs. Hammerstone. A native of the Beaver Bend area, Steve spent much of his youth working in the local pulp mill. He has the scars on his stomach and fingertips – he can never be fingerprinted – to prove it. To keep in shape, Steve’s on a Wednesday night five-pin bowling team. He’s a classic car buff, and drives a mint ’79 Ford Pinto.

Josh Holliday is a veteran of the Toronto comedy scene, has hosted popular radio shows on 102.1 The Edge in Toronto, X92.9 in Calgary, and had a brief – very brief! – role on Schitt’s Creek.
