  2. Responsibility for Dog’s Behaviour: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my dog's behavior and any resulting damage to property or persons while participating in any program operated by Woofstock®, Benny Bully’s Pet Treats®, or DogLoversDays.
  3. Emergency Medical Care: I grant permission for staff to arrange emergency medical care, including transportation, if necessary, in case of any emergencies.
  4. Acknowledgment of Risks: I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in canine sports, including but not limited to injury, death, and property damage, and voluntarily engage in dog lure coursingwith full knowledge of these risks.
  5. Waiver of Claims: I waive any claims against Woofstock®, Benny Bully’s Pet Treats®, DogLoversDays, and related parties for loss or injury caused directly or indirectly by my dog's actions at the lure coursing premises.
  6. Assumption of Responsibility: I assume sole responsibility for any injuries sustained by myself, my dog, or others, as well as any associated expenses, legal or otherwise, arising from my participation in the event or activity.
  7. Right to Limit Participation: Woofstock® and DogLoversDays LLC staff reserve the right to stop or limit a dog's participation in the event due to various factors to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators.
  8. Certification of Dog’s Health: I certify that my dog is in good health and is not a danger to others, understanding and accepting the risks associated with lure coursing activities.
