Dr. Clayton Greenway and Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund will talk about the rising concern of flea and tick bites.  Several different diseases, including potentially fatal ones, can be transmitted through tick bites.  As pet owners, we need to take proactive steps to protect our pets.          Dr. Greenway will explain the different types of products available and why asking your vet for one that works on contact, before a flea or tick bites your pet, will help reduce the chance of your pet ever being bitten and contracting a disease.
